Jordan Valiquette
Jordan Valiquette is a violinist from Metuchen, NJ. She is a senior Music Education major at The College of New Jersey, aiming to teach high school orchestra after graduating next May. She currently works in the Tutoring Center on campus, focusing on course subjects such as beginner piano, music theory, and German. Jordan also is the Music Director and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility Chair for the Nu Alpha chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, an international professional music fraternity. She is currently a member of the TCNJ Orchestra and Treble Ensemble. When not studying or working on campus, she enjoys playing musical theater pit orchestra, exploring the trails at local parks, and cuddling at home with her cat.
Jordan has studied violin for 13 years, and has expanded her repertoire to include viola, piano, and voice. She is excited to help guide young students in their musical journeys and hopes to foster a similar passion for music among her studio.
